  • To secure adequate pay for our work and to seek a higher standard of living.

  • To seek security for the individual, and, by legal and proper means, to elevate the moral, intellectual and social conditions of our members, their families and dependents, in the interest of a higher standard of citizenship.

​To inspire the next generation of IBEW workers to become active in their local union and community, to mentor other young workers, and to recruit new members. It is the initiative’s intent to accomplish these goals by focusing on issues important to younger workers, providing education about the IBEW and the labor movement, and fostering relationships with members and local union leadership.
